In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.
However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic documentation, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
